Scissors model made with 3dsmax 2012 and available in max and OBJ file format (OBJ has both high and low res versions). Rendered with both V-Ray and Default Scanline (so no external plug-ins needed) Sub-poly model so use your mesh smooth modifier of choice to control the detail in the model. No textures needed.
