SOM cruise missile, designed by TUBITAK-SAGE, high-precision, land is a new generation of cruise missiles that can be fired from sea and air platforms. The missile was first exhibited on the 4th of June 2011 at the Cigli air base in zmir in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Air Force. Designed missiles since 2006, with Turkey's domestic facilities, which produce the first missile to hit stationary and moving targets in a bird's-eye 180 km away.
