Here is a modern villa building with european style. There are 3 floors, 1 pool and 3 terraces. The roof is flat roof as an architectural characteristic of hot climate with low rain value settlings. The building is modeled from ready architectonic drawings. Exterior props the tent and the angelic pergolah design is made with MAX. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height is 947cm width is 1676cm length is 1722cm Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according groups so it is easy to work with it. The plants are layered separately so that it is easy to isolate the mass part of the scene to be operated comfortably. All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format. OBJ format contains only the objects, all of other contain the cameras and animation. 3d max 2011 and vray 1.5-2.0 render plugin is used.
