Complete with all textures and shaders for rendering in V-Ray.
Leaves are done using cutout / alpha / normal mapping
All preview images rendered with V-Ray 1.5 sp6 (simple sun&sky setup). 3dsmax was set with a Gamma of 2.2 ( set in the preferences - important for V-Ray)
