Utility door for Industrial/commercial environment
Comes with all textures, please note, the PBR renders do not have the sign in, but the completed textures do. Included is the clean PBR textures without the signs, so you can add your own if you prefer.
So with textures you have PBR (roughness) based versions in TGA, render to load into Unreal Engine or other PBR renderer. Or you have a PSD with all textures included, ready for you to tweak and export to any format you like. Game textures are 1k, while the PSD's contain 2K versions.
