Hello and welcome to my product page. You are looking at a completely accessible 8 story, urban building, that has been abandoned after an unknown outbreak and was partially retaken by nature. Specifically designed to be used as ingame architecture, for first, or third - person games, it comes with a performance friendly polygoncount, in addition to 28 unique and greatly detailed textures. Originally modelled in Maya 2013 it has only 38 k polygons and is therefore very performance friendly. It comes with 28 different and mostly tilable textures, as color, normal and specular map, as well as reflection maps and setup materials. These are also a perfect base to create other structures with. It's beautiful textures makes it also suitable for closeup shots and rendering scenarios.
