PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This is a High Definition model of the Saturn Apollo Mobile Launcher Base deck and Holddown Arms/Tail Service Masts. This cropped composite of elements from the full Apollo Mobile Launcher model is designed to allow close up rendering and animation of the Holddown Arms and Tail Service Masts as they retract allowing the Saturn Apollo launch vehicle to be released and clear the Launcher deck at level 0 (without the need to purchase the full version of the model). The Saturn Apollo launch vehicle is NOT included. Modelled with precision using the original architect's scaled drawings, along with extensive photographic and video research. Modelled with LightWave 9.6 USAGE Suitable for HD video, high-res film close-ups and print SPECS Model contains the following: 22 object layers 114947 polygons 83645 quads, 31302 tris, and 0 ngons Standard Lightwave materials & texture maps PRESENTATION IMAGES Preview Images rendered with default Lightwave 9.6 scanline renderer. TEXTURES For the LWO model both XYZ Projection and UV mapped versions are included: 18 texture maps (PNG format - original XYZ projection mapped LWO model) 7 UV texture maps (PNG format - UV mapped LWO and non-native FBX and OBJ formats. GENERAL Model built to real-world scale Units used: Feet and Inches. Model is 50 feet high and 160 x 136 feet wide. ANIMATIONS Pivot points and morph targets are preset in Layout file for umbilical release mechanisms and arm retractions shown in animated preview files and downloadable videos.
