Other formats can obtained through turbosquids free file conversion service,you are not just limited to the two formats only displayed,obj and blend. The poly and vert counts on the side are referring to the object with the highest poly count out of the to chairs,the dark brown wood version. The poly count and vert count for the other chair design are: Polys:29568 Verts:29915 These models come with all needed textures with bump and spec map also. The materials and shaders are only included in the blender version as these models were made in blender cycles but, the image maps themselves are to be downloaded for other formats after buying this model. The blender version image maps are in the file itself once you open it up so no extra work to set textures will be needed as the file has been set to a relative path and packed with textures.
