Descrizione

This model is built near to scale with a lot of exterior detail. It is fully textured and comes with all textures and materials as shown here. The model includes animateable features including the ailerons, elevators, rudder, wheels and propeller. The model also includes the constant speed variable pitch 3 blade propeller. The Curtiss Hawk was a mostly fabric covered wood and metal structure biplane built as a fighter during the early and mid 1930s in the US. These aircraft were some of the last biplanes produced for the US military before a modernization program began just before World War II began. The Curtiss P-6 Hawk was very similar to the Naval version the F-11-C2 Goshawk. The differences are that the naval version used an air cooled radial engine and the army version used an inline water cooled engine. These aircraft were later sold to South and Central American countries, China Nationalists and the Philippines and other nations.
