Descrizione
A 3d model of a human hair showing the three main parts of its structure, namely the medulla, cortex and cuticle.
The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair and consists of flakes that lie flat along the surface in healthy hair. The cortex consists of bundles of keratin fibres that provide strength to the soft inner core (medulla).
This model includes morph maps to enable damage to the hair to be visualised.
No textures are supplied, but cuticle has UV mapping applied
