Sottomarino classe Gato SS-236 USS Silversides Modello 3D

These subs are very detailed, high polygon models and render very well. These models are built near to scale within a few inches of actual general dimensions, fully textured and mapped. They have many animateable features including hatches, guns, rudder, rear and forward planes, antennas and propellers and hatches. The US Navy Gato-class submarines were launched during the WWII and were the first mass-production US submarine class. Together with their sisters the Balao and Tench classes, these subs formed the majority of the United States Navy's World War II submarine fleet.
