Hello, This is a beautiful spiral staircase for your interior scenes. It has been modelled to real world dimensions, i't approximate height is 3.4 meters but can of course be scaled up or down. The images presented are raw renders and no post work has been done on them. Everything is included in the scene- lights, cameras, objects, materials and textures. I am providing .MAX files for 3DS Max 2016,2015,2014,2013, 2012, 2011, 2010. Also included are .OBJ and .FBX files. All elements in the scene have been arranged in their own layers. The staircase itself is only 65504 polygons while the entire scene is 180369 polygons. I hope you enjoy it and happy rendering. Thank you.
