Modeled in real world scale, cm units, detailed clean mesh. Folds on leather are modelled. Completely UV unwrapped / non-overlapping, true for every object. Baked 4K textures in .png format for easy setup, PBR compatible, works without problems in every 3D/game engine. Package has 5 objects (chair + footstool + drawer + books + lamp) every object has its own 4K texture set, containing Color, Rough and Normal map.
