There are several cameras, sunlight, single tree object easy to merge and mass-copy and a simple plane for the matte-shadow. You can obtain BOTH SCANLINE 3ds Max 2015 and V-Ray 3ds Max 2015 scenes in two different files... All formats are with textures and tested.
