This is a building mansion style. Great to use in animations and games. No interior, but if wished, contact me anytime. *Normals fixed for gaming projects. *Included files: .blend / .max / .fbx / .obj / .3ds / .dae Extra info: --> Pivot points are in center of mass. --> Checked on double vertices and polygons. --> Textures are jpg or png. (Also includes normal bump and specular maps) --> Parts, materials and textures are all named, easy linkage. Real world metric scale aplied, the building its height is 7 meters. The 3DS Max scene has a lower quality of shading due to simple made materials. !!!!!This product contains a .zip/.rar file with all textures and files in it, so don't worry about missing files/textures!!!!!
