Originally designed modern building 3d model. Previews were rendered with v-ray 3.0. Both of vray and scanline versions are available in separate files for customers. Main format is 3ds Max. File formats other than 3ds Max may need some work for material reflections such as glass or water. Grass texture is 4096x4096 resolution. (1 map) Palm tree textures are 2048x2048 resolutions. (12 maps) Highway texture is 2048x2048 resolution. (1 map) Environment texture is 2048x1024 resolution. (1 map) The scene is ready for rendering as shown in the previews. All parts are named and separated.
