Descrizione
Here's a scene of hi-tech residential modern skyscraper building with shops at ground floor.
Blocks are derived from original CAD drawings.
Each presentation image of model is as-is, no photoshop is used for post-process, the product is ready to render out-of-the-box satisfactorily. Images are V-Ray renderings.
Please find the maps zipped and archieved with the 3ds Max files.
All file formats contain identical geometry and materials as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out.
Still images before the wireframe and the turntable is from V-Ray rendering engine with V-Ray materials. Still images after the wireframe are from MRay rendering engine with standard MAX materials. Very last two images re from V-Ray and they represent one single unit block to form the higher building.
All the building parts and materials are named architecturally.
Building is symetrical in two axis, each of 4 corner is same unit.
Each 8 storey (7 residential+1mechanical floor) is selectable one corner block unit so the heights due to number of floor levels are adjustable easily by adding or subtracting the units.
There are 41 floors. The light well of the building is fully modelled with windows and walls also. Please refer to presentation images.

Depth is 4442 cm
For easily merging, the residential building is located in the layer 'sss3D-building' and each high rise block is grouped.
