If you need 1520 mm (4 ft 11 27/32 in) gauge, scale every segment by 105.9%.
For 1676 mm (5 ft 6 in) scale to 116.8%.
For 1067 mm (3 ft 6 in) scale to 74.4%
For 1000 mm (3 ft 3 3/8 in) scale to 69.7%
Assembling of any track is easy:
- Turn on pivot snap and 6-degree angle snap.
- Take one of 18 rail sections and clone+move it.
- Each rail section has Point object on each side. Use pivot snap to easily attach one section to another.
- If needed, use FFD or rotation on some sections to create elevation.
- Don't forget to switch Turnouts to right direction. To do this, move Switch_Control object.
- Your Track is ready.
Assembling can be done in less then 5 minutes for simple Railway Station.
Rail Sections are in 'rails' layer, Sample Station is in 'rails_station' layer. Environment is in 'environment' layer.
Model has a real-world scale. All objects at 100% scale, no Ngons. No subdivision used.
Model is ready to render with V-Ray renderer as on thumbnails. No other plugins needed.
Enjoy your railway!
