In the archive there are two identical models, only one is made as a realistic female mannequin, and the other is simply glossy, plus textures. Torso, arms, legs can be separated at will. To render a model with hair, go to the Rendering - Effects tab, click on Hair and Fur, and select the mr prim mode. For a more realistic rendering of hair, you can tick Tip Fade, it is in the hair and fur modifier in the material parameters rollout, but the renderer will increase significantly, I included it only for long angles.
