Great textures including background the rain is steady throughout the scene. The top part of the ocean has been smoothed several times and the bottom has been left alone to keep poly and verts lower. Background is 3D. No lights have been added and there is 1 camera. The ocean has a ripple modifier and that is how the animation is done with autokey animation in 3ds. Includes OBJ and MTl files along with ,max and .DWG.
