This warehouse model made with Cinema4d r19. It didnt make editable. all part left orginal. Bcs of that poligon size so few. if you use this moel in cinema4d you can make bigger or smaller but you have to know a little cinema 4d.
we upload other format fbx,obj and 3ds. if you buy for fbx, obj or 3ds format you have to reorganise texture and light setup. Other importand point of fbx, obj and 3ds format; it contains 600k poligons. bcs all part made editable.
