This model is built near to scale and comes with animateable control surfaces and turbines. The landing gear are retractable. The model is fully textured and comes in several formats and airline liveries. The Airbus A-320 family of jets were built by Airbus SAS in order to fill the need for replacement of the 727 and world fleet. These jets were the first to incorporate fly by wire control systems into a commercial jetliner. They also were designed for better fuel efficiency by reducing weight through the use of composites in some of the primary structures of the aircraft. It is a short to medium range transport.
