All materials are driven by texture maps created in substance painter(exported with vray template so other render engines may require tweeking to mimic the rendered results) Model created in 3ds Max, max users will receive vray materials, as well as adjustable subdivisions in tact. OBJ users simply need to add subdivision and materials in your application of choice. All objects requiring subdivision will be named with the suffix '_divide'.
