This tile is seamless, all you do is apply it to the surface you want it on, and you can go and change the number that the UV repeats in the texture placement and it can be as big or as small as you want. The texture sheet is two .tifs in a zip file, one color, one bump, and they are 2048 x 2048 for very good resolution. Nice even up close. The .mb file includes a customized shader with the texture maps set up on a plane for your reference. You could import the shader network into your scene for maximum convenience.
