Each building is composed by a lot of elements and structures with many details in a high resolution. The scene is organised by groups . So it's easy to personalize it. It's like a modular construction. you can copy buildings to get a bigger city. The scene in 3ds Max is quite heavy : 40 Mo (unzipped) with a lot of polygons (2 638 066 ).
