Modern house exterior/interior, originally modelled in 3ds MAX 2013 and ready to be render as seen in preview files. V-ray renderer is used to generate the previews. The model is centered on the grid for easy integration with other scene. All the elements are assigned with proper material and texture. Texture maps and materials are properly named and kept with the 3ds MAX/Maya/fbx files, so there will be NO ERROR of missing texture maps. Lighting and render setup is properly done for V-Ray and Mental Ray. Also for Mental Ray scene, every elements are applied with separate materials and relevant textures for easy adjustments. The elements in the scene are named properly and kept into named separate layers for easy handling and to avoid naming conflicts while merging with other scene. Different elements are grouped properly for easy transformations and manipulation. There are three versions of the scene for rendering, V-Ray and Mental Ray for 3ds MAX (2013 and 2010) and for Maya (Maya software renderer and Mental Ray renderer). Preview images are rendered with V-Ray in 3ds MAX and NOT colour corrected (Except the first image). **Contains and features >> A modern house architecture. The building is three storied and has a front and back section. The front section has a colourful and appealing modern view. The ground floor of the front section is car garage and can be opened. >> The interior of the house minimally done. Every floor has tile textures on it and door connection to the front and back part of the building. >> The house contains a swimming pool with poolside lounge, containing - lounge chairs, shade and ground. >> Different elements of the model are separate but grouped together for easy transformation/manipulation. >> Controllers are given for the pool and the chairs for transformations and changing the smooth level easily without ungrouping the models. >> Elements of the Swimming Pool, Chair, the bird on the top and the lamps on the pillars of the gate can be subdivided to the desired level. **Using this model Smooth for pool and pool chair can be turned on at the desired level from the given controller.
