On the farm these axes are used for everything from dressing chickens to butchering swine and cattle. In the markets in the villages, towns and cities, a good butcher axe is at hand to divide up large and tough portions for the locals to feed their families. This axe is an essential tool for traditional and modern butchering, the perfect tool to break down large cuts or farm duties related to self sufficient home grown meats.
