This cartoon toolsets native file format is Cinema 4D. The toolset comes with 2 tool boxes, one older and one modern, and several tools. There are two files. One has all tools and tool boxes laid out. The second file has all the tools placed inside the old toolbox. The Cinema 4D file has a light, camera, and basic color materials applied, and an HDRI sky object setup. You just need to load an HDRI image into the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel. The C4D file is also setup with SDS. The obj and fbx files come in a cage (ready for SDS) and higher resolution polygon counts.
