The meshes consist of 8320 polygons for chair and 2152 for table There is one FBX file with no materials applied to it Geometry is Polygonal Quads There is also vrayscene file which allows to use secene with editable materials and uneditable mesh in the softwares which support importing vray scene files when the vray is installed.
