The DG-1000 is a glider of the Two Seater Class built by DG Flugzeugbau. It was designed to fill a wide range of flight characteristics. It is a high performance sailplane used both in competition and for flight training. A large main wheel allows for good ground clearance for the wing and fuselage and allows outlandings.
