In STL format is the resolution, 1.) polygons (tris) 1120 (x2) and points 1122. 2.) polygons (tris) 17920 (x2) and points 17922. 3.) polygons (tris) 71680 (x2) and points 71682. 4.) polygons (tris) 286720 (573440) and points 286722. This model was originally modeled in C4d R19 and the model was smoothed with subdivision surface NURBS.
