FOR FILE CONVERSION ASK SUPPORT ************************************************************************************************************************ Design: Marc Sadler, 2011 Its name, in Italian, comes from the shape of the front diffuser which recalls the wings of a moth, irresistibly drawn to the light cast onto the wall. It is a simple and everyday image for a discreet, essential and highly functional lamp, designed to team technical and decorative features. The diffuser is a simple metallic element folded towards the observer, embellished by cut and rounded profiles. The light source is completely screened yet diffused through an opening that directs it up and down. this makes for intense, non glaring illumination. Even when turned off, Falena generates a discreet play of light and shadow, owing to the particular shape of the metallic diffuser. ************************************************************************************************************************ ~ Modeled and rendered with 3ds Max 9 / V-Ray, V-Ray scene requires V-Ray plugin, the Scanline scene requires no plugins. ~ 3ds Max 9 is the native file ~ High quality modelling that is detailed, excellent for closeups, and architectural visualization. ~ Model is scaled to real world. ~ Added 3ds Max 9 format with V-Ray materials, and with standard materials for Default Scanline Renderer. ~ There is no scene included, just the object only. ~ Materials are named logically. ~ Objects in the files are named logically. ~ Model does not needs textures. ~ 3ds Max files are with smooth (subdivision) level 2. ~ All other files where saved at 3 smooth levels. ~ The model has Ngons also. ~ On smooth level 1&2 has Quads only. ~ Smooth Level 0: Polys: 2110 (20 Ngons + 52 Tris), Verts: 2228 ~ Smooth Level 1: Polys: 8436, Verts: 8672 ~ Smooth Level 2: Polys: 33744, Verts: 34212 ************************************************************************************************************************ Please submit a rating :) (+) feedback helps me to improve my library Thank you!
