Max file already has everything set up, but nonetheless you should use little to no blur on diffuse map, and 1 blur value on bump map. Specular map is to remain in specular color parameter. FBX file has mapping coordinates, rig and animation, but animation controllers are limited. Obj file only has mapping coordinates. You may need to reapply maps to fbx model. Just select - apply. Better to place fbx file inside max folder.
