Materials are simple to change as desired. Only one texture maps are present.
Playground fits into a rectangle 9.0m x 6.5m x height 4.5m in size.
In Max formats:
All geometry are created with spline and polygonal, and have subdivis and converted into Editable Poly.
* Clean scene without any lights, cameras or other objects.
* Other format like obj and fbx can be converted by request.
