Eyeballs are modeled separately. The actual rendering time is about 11 minutes for a 1200x1200 frame (rendered on a system based on Intel Pentium i7 with 8 gigs ram) Max format includes shapes used for modeling hairs, so if you use other plugin like (Hairtrix for example) you can use them for hair modeling too.
