This is a 3D low poly model ,it was designed to provide a high definition. All the files contain trees , furniture, building, plane grass, pool, etc... The model is completely ready for use visualization in maya. There are two models in maya: one with poly grass and other without poly grass. They have some displays layer. The models in obj, fbx and c4d are only without poly grass. The model has a lot of polys because vegetation are very detailed. IMPORTANT!!!! The model with polygonal grass has been created in maya with particles and instancer, it has a lot of number of polys ,so your computer has to be powerfull. Without poly grass: Poly count : 2258423 Vertex count : 3356331 With poly grass: Poly count : 830094625 Vertex count : 2000004645 Textures included. The textures have a 4K texture resolution for high quality The files are obj, fbx, mb and c4d In formats c4d, obj and fbx model exported to standard materials (textures), not contain mental ray shaders. files with the model does not contain extraneous or hidden objects (lights, cameras, etc.) original file format - maya to all objects and materials in a scene names are appropriated Background not included
