*** Update Nov. 4, 2013: Product has been updated with improved model, textures and renders. *** Mac-11 is intended for game/realtime/background use. This model is not intended for subdivision. This is a high quality, low poly asset originally modeled in 3DS Max 2013. The normal map was baked from a high poly model, making this product look very detailed without using many polygons. The main renders were done using Marmoset Toolbag. The wireframes are from the 3ds Max viewport and there are also renders from the Unreal Development Kit (UDK). Parts such as the bolt can be moved to some extent. There is an optional suppressor. The magazine can be moved and you'll find an empty bullet casing in the magazine well. Delete it if you don't want/need it. ||SPECS|| Low Poly Model (5 Objects) || Geometry || Weapon consists of separate objects linked in the following hierarchy (3ds Max versions only): • mac11_receiver • mac11_magazine • mac11_bolt • mac11_suppressor • mac11_emptycasing • 8456 Total Tris • 4520 Total Polys • 4787 Total Verts • Polygons are all quads or tris, no n-gons • Model unwrapped manually to make most efficient use of the UV space • Model scaled to approximate real world size (inches) • Approximate dimensions: W:16.0'' x L:2.0'' x H:11.0'' • Model positioned at origin • All materials and objects named appropriately • Tested in Marmoset Toolbag (see renders) • Tested in the UDK (see renders) • No special plug-ins needed to use this product • 3ds Max 2010 version also available • .obj and .fbx versions exported from 3ds Max 2013. Note that all the geometry has been grouped into one object for these exported versions. || Textures || • 2048x2048 diffuse, specular, normal and gloss textures • Textures in .tga format • Model texture paths are stripped • Photoshop CS6 texture source files available as a separate download. Change any aspect of the texture to your needs.
