Note that the count of polygons and vertex refers to the model without the subdivision modifier (Turbosmooth).
However, the .max file allows to you to turn on/off all the applied modifier, as you prefer.
In addition, you can find also the .fbx, .3ds and .obj files, in high/low poly for both file type.
To finish, also STL format for high poly version is provided
