This is a very nice 3D model of a corner lot gas station and convenience store. It was modeled from photo references of a real store. The main building is exterior only. It was designed to be a part of a racing game. The model looks great from the air or from the ground and there is enough detail in the pumps and parking lot to make working pumps. Included with the scene is the main building, carport, rear storage building, dumpster building, privacy wall, parking lot with handicap parking and access, sidewalk, eight island pumps, street lights, signage, landscape elements, ice, propane and video rental machines and trash cans. It has been fully tested in Unity 5 and includes .Max, .FBX and .OBJ file formats.
