NYC apartment building on 3rd Ave.
Low polygon modeled in Maya 2015.
Comes with a foot cube for rescaling.
Textures are mostly 2k, Color, Spec and Bump.
Some Maya nodes are not exported with FBX and OBj such as Ramp nodes and color correction nodes used in the scene.
Streets are not included with model.
Model is clean with mostly quads.
Obj, Fbx and Maya files and textures are all zipped into one downloadable file.
