3D Model of the office building. Two versions of the project : 1. Native made in Revit (most of the building information included) - defined structural layers of the floors, walls and roofs, applied AEC materials etc. Real scale, dimensions in [mm]. Recommended for engineering use (architecture/civil-engineering). Easy to change structural layers of the structural elements of the building, easy to change materials, easy to export floor plans, cross sections, materials schedules etc. 2. Blender version made on the base of the Revit file, with defined materials, textures, also in real scale [m], already set lights and cameras divided into few scenes. Recommended for all sort of visualisations, animations. Most of the materials have diffuse, bump, roughness and reflection maps applied to them. Exterior scenes have defined hdri lighting maps (8k). Both versions have defined basic interior lighting fixtures for night scenes. Structure is designed as an office building with 10 levels above the ground level for the office space and 2 levels below the ground level for the underground garage. Supporting structure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with reinforced concrete floor slabs and foundation slab. Elevation is designed mainly as a glass panel curtain walls with adonized aluminium mullions and side walls finished with dark granite stone tiles. Interior is already divided by the structural and partition walls but it doesnt contain furniture or other interior decoration elements, just doors and basic lighting fixtures are applied to the model, apart from that interior is free for any kind of adaptation.
