Model - "Paddle-wheel". In the fbx format.
The axis of rotation is established.
Unwrap UVW - is made.
Textures: LightingMap, Normal, Diffuse. Png format.
The model - "Paddle wheel" without problems can be converted
in Unity game engine.
Unity 5.4. and versions are higher.
You watch the last screenshot. On a screenshot the maintenance of a set.
Great number of 3D editors understand the fbx format. It is converted without problems.
