All standard Maya materials (good for all standard issue Maya renderers incl. mental ray). No import issues with Maya 2014/15/16. FBX format includes both ASCII and binary. ------------------------------------------ UV's are unwrapped - tiles are the only area where overlaps exist (sharing same UV space). Comes with 4K diffuse and bump PNG's in with all formats. OBJ format may. in some circumstances, require materials and/or textures to be reassigned.
