Blender 2.8 + Eevee or Cycles + PBR textures

All objects, materials and textures are named appropriately. All formats have been tested and work correctly.
Model consists quads only, correctly scaled and ready for subdivision (TurboSmooth, Use NURMS Subdivision, etc.).
Non-overlapping UVs.
4K textures. Included PBR (in Blender, fbx and obj archives) and non-PBR textures (in vray and corona archives).
Model can be used in Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games and other real-time apps.
