Shovel intended for usage in the sand Print full using supports, or print two halfs and glue together (place the shovel diagonally on your printing bed to fit in 180 mm x 180 mm) I printed the halves.. I used a 0,1 mm layer thickness and a 1,05 mm thick outer shell. 30% fill density. The shovel is very stiff, and would have a comfortable handle for small hands. I was looking to use the benefits of 3d printing. I think this is a clear example of 3d printing beating thin walled injection molding products, mechanically.
