Model of the newest species of Tardigrade (Mopsechiniscus franciscae) discovered in Antarctica in 2014.
Tardigrades, also known as water bears or moss piglets, are extremely tough creatures about 0.5mm in size that can survive temperatures near absolute zero, boiling water, dehydration, radioactivity and even the vacuum of space.
Model has low polygon count and clean edge loop topology facilitates rigging and animation.
Designed for subdivision rendering.
