Quality Maple Tree low poly model used in video game - engine UDK.
3D model have smoothing groups and all parts have UVW unwrap.
Model was created in 3ds Max with quads and tris only.
Textures:
leaf 512x512 difuse and opacity
trunk 512x512 difuse
protection 32x32 difuse
sewer 512x512 difuse opacity in alpha channel
All parts materials and textures are named correctly.
Rendered in 3ds Max 2011 using Vray 2.0
3D model work well in UKD engine and have real scale ready to use in videogame.
3D model is centred at origin.
