Apartment Building 3D 모델

The model is that of an apartment building complex. The building is textured via 3 4096x4096 maps. Each one also has a corresponding normal map of the same size and quality. The UVs for the base texture are non-overlapping, however, for the detail windows, and the AC units on the roof, the textures do overlap. As visible from the preview images, the building is of sufficient quality to be placed in the foreground of a high resolution image without any noticeable visual defects. However, despite this, the model is not taxing on the hardware; it contains as many polys as a current gen game character model. As a courtesy, the Photoshop files for all of the textures are provided as an additional file download. Finally, the max versions of the file come ready to render with VRay 2.00, just like the preview images.
