Color of sink and toilet can easily be changed to any color. -Modeled in 3ds Max 2015, rendered using Vray -Vray Lights Included -IES Light Included, IES light will have to be relinked -All textures Incuded in Zip File and will have to be relinked. -All objects named appropriately and all objects grouped into 1 group -Set to 0,0,0 for easy scene navigation -Please note scene was modeled in 3ds Max and was not tested in exported formats or in any other software, model was also exported to other format in Subdivsion 3 on objects.
