Detailed model of a bite splint. Modelled in zbrush and exported to 3DS Max 2009. I took the time to check the mesh in detail and fix it. So it has mainly quad faces. It has

The preview images were rendered with vray 1.5 sp2
The vray file comes with materials shown on the preview images (NO Hdri included)
NOTE that the 3DS format is an export format and some slight smoothing group adjustments may be needed also because of amount of polygons only half of it was exported, so you need to add a symmetry modifier.
